Zusammenfassung

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse for MDS leadership to plan, organize, and evaluate the nursing staff providing resident care. The role focuses on RAI processes, admissions assessments, and ongoing care plan maintenance.

As a charge nurse, you’ll coordinate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality life for residents. Current RN license and RAC-CT certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as licensed nurse with seniors preferred.
• RAC-CT certification; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; multi-state licensure if NLC state; maintain CEUs.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of nursing staff in resident care.
• Lead Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes and assessments.
• Assist in admissions assessments and ensure care plans are up to date.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
