Genesis Administrative Services LLC in Huntington, WV invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care-improvement team. The role focuses on accurate MDS administration, care plan development, and ensuring proper reimbursement for patient services.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, stay current with federal and state regulations, and support staff through training and education while contributing to positive resident outcomes.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care facilities.
• Experience completing MDS and Care Plans.

Mansioni

• Ensure proper reimbursement for patient care services.
• Participate in Patient Assessment Process via MDS and CAAs.
• Contribute to the RAI process with MDS encoding and transmission.
• Identify changes in patient condition with interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with ADL training and ongoing staff education.
• Attend educational programs on RAI/PPS regulations.
