Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC in Millville, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient assessments and ensure accurate reimbursement related to MDS and CAAs. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires hands-on experience with MDS, CAAs, and RAI processes in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse currently licensed by the state and in good standing.
• Experience in hospital or long-term facility settings and completing MDS and Care Plans.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and RAI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to the nursing center RAI process and MDS completion and transmission.
• Identify changes in patient condition and coordinate indicated assessments.
• Participate in educational programs to maintain knowledge of RAI/Prospective Payment System regulations.
