Genesis HealthCare in the United States is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator - RN to ensure timely and accurate MDS assessments and care plan reviews for residents. You will collate data from nursing, dietary, social services and physicians to support compliant reimbursement.

Requires active RN licensure and at least one year in long-term care; LPNs with MDS experience may be considered. This position offers a supportive team, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• LPNs with MDS experience may be considered.
• At least one year of long-term care nursing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the timely and accurate completion of the MDS assessment tool.
• Review care plans and their delivery for physical, cognitive, and social factors.
• Integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative and physician services to maximize reimbursement.
