Genesis HealthCare in the United States is seeking a MDS Coordinator - RN to ensure timely and accurate completion of the MDS assessment, review care plans, and coordinate factors across nursing, dietary, social services and physician teams.

You must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure and have at least one year in long-term care; LPNs with MDS experience may be considered. Competitive benefits and pay.

Responsibilities
