Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Lowell is seeking a compassionate caregiver for short shift opportunities. You will provide in-home care, companionship, and support with daily activities, driving to client homes when needed.

Ideal candidates may hold MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification; Vietnamese language skills are a plus. We offer weekly pay, paid orientation, and benefits in a friendly team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lowell for in-home care assignments.
• Proficient in Vietnamese.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues when needed.
• Respect client preferences and maintain professional communication.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
