Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for short shift availability in Lynn and surrounding areas. Earn up to $22 per hour with a new $2 travel incentive for eligible assignments. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lynn, Medford, Malden and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
