Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Russian-speaking caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care in Lynn, MA and surrounding areas. Short hour cases are available and travel incentives apply on eligible assignments.

Qualifications

• Russian-speaking candidates preferred.
• Availability in the Lynn, Salem, Malden area and surrounding communities.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
