Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one home care in Peabody, Beverly, and Danvers, MA. Short shift availability is needed; day, evening, or overnight shifts may be required; valid MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification is required.

Earn up to $22 per hour plus a $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments, with weekly pay, paid orientation, and benefits. Join a team that values the work you do and offers flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend

Qualifications

• Must have valid MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification.
• Ability to drive to client homes.
• Availability in Peabody, Beverly, and Danvers, MA.
• Willingness to work day, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect client homes and diverse personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
