Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Russian-speaking caregiver for short-shift opportunities in Lynn and surrounding areas. The role involves providing one-on-one home care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring client comfort with a friendly, steady presence.

Requirements include proficiency in Russian, reliable transportation, and MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred. Earn up to $22/hr with a $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments and enjoy weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Availability in: Lynn, Salem, Malden and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in Russian.

• Reliable transportation.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes


• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals


• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals


• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming


• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines


• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
