Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking caregivers for short-shift opportunities in Lynn, Medford, Malden and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home care and companionship, assist with daily activities, and support client independence.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules including weekends, and benefits. Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Support client independence and safety in the home.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces.
• Offer medication reminders and healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
