Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver for short-shift assignments in Lowell, MA. You will provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes and offer companionship.

Requirements include willingness to work short shifts, driving to client homes, proficiency in Vietnamese, and preferred active HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
