Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one home care in Lowell, MA and surrounding areas. Eligible candidates will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure safe, clean living spaces while respecting client needs and preferences.

A valid MA HHA or PC Homemaker certification is preferred, and driving to client homes is required. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), and benefits including

• Availability in Lowell, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client's home.
• Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalatem safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
