Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care in the Lawrence, MA area. Short shift availability supports a flexible schedule and meaningful, person-centered care.

Earn up to $22/hr plus a $2 travel incentive for eligible assignments. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, and a caregiver rewards program to recognize reliability and quality care.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lowell, Te wksbury, and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short-hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client home.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals, standing/walking.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalation safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
