Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers who speak Cantonese or Mandarin to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes across multiple Greater Boston-area locations. Roles include Home Health Aide and Homemaker with flexible full-time, part-time and weekend shifts.

Applicants should be willing to travel to client homes, have reliable transportation, and enjoy rewarding, person-centered care with weekly pay and a caregiver rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and address safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client preferences with professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escape safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
