Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business seeks an Admissions role to manage tracking of applicants for graduate certificates and MBA/MS programs. You will develop targeted recruitment plans, conduct admissions interviews, and provide recommendations to admissions decisions while maintaining strong customer service to applicants.

You will lead outreach across multiple channels, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with department leadership to drive conversion

• Maintain and track applications for graduate certificates and MBA/MS programs.
• Plan and execute targeted student recruitment programs and events.
• Conduct admission interviews for designated programs or certificates.
• Provide recommendations for admissions decisions.
• Respond promptly to program inquiries and inbound leads.
• Develop initiatives to improve conversion through the admission process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to applicants through the admissions process.
• Coordinate recruitment across multiple channels (phone, email, video).
• Use technology tools to optimize recruitment initiatives.
