Job Summary
Department Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible primarily for tracking and supporting applicantswith graduate certificates and Master of Business Administration(MBA)/ Master of Science (MS) degrees.
- Develops, implements, and administers the plans, programs, andevents for targeted student recruitment in support oforganizational goals.
- Conducts admission interviews for designated degree programs orcertificates.
- Provides recommendation for admissions decision.
- Provides timely responses to program inquiries and inboundleads.
- Develops and executes initiatives in accordance withdepartmental leadership and organizational goals to driveconversion throughout the admission process.
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations andpolicies.
- Provides a high level of customer service to applicants as theycomplete the overall admissions process, including and up untilstudent matriculation.
- Conducts recruitment initiatives with various audiences acrossmultiple mediums: phone, email, and video meetings.
- Utilizes technology tools to optimize recruitment and admissioninitiatives.
- Monitors and analyzes assigned application pool to successandrecommend new strategic opportunities.
General Responsibilities
- Maintains, implements and oversees a holistic recruitment yieldtactical plan for recruitment.
- Develops, implements, and administers plans, programs, andevents for general and targeted student recruitment in support oforganizational goals.
- Integrates a diverse and strategic communications strategy incollaboration with other departments, geared toward specificstudent declared academic major, career interests, and geographicfactors.
- Identifies and develops partnerships for outreach toprospective students and influencers.
- Interprets academic policies and exercises authority andindependent judgment.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates programs and processes anddetermines the effectiveness of markets and strategies. Exercisesindependent judgment and uses census data and modeling tools toidentify effective marketing plans and strategies to addressspecific populations.
- Serves in a collaborative role with internal and externalstakeholders to increase enrollment in focused areas. Participatesin the assessment and evaluation of various models.
- May attend meetings or serve on committees with the admissionsstakeholders, including all staff meetings, recruitment, andoutreach team meetings, customer service lead meetings, andundergraduate recruitment council meetings; may provide guidance toother admissions counselors.

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and tooperate a computer and other standard office productivityequipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periodsof time moving around an office environment and the campus. Theperson in this role must be able to perform the essential functionswith or without an accommodation.
Work Location
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (mix betweenremote and in-person work), subject to change in the future basedon university policy and business needs.
Advertised Salary
Salary range: $55,000 - 57,320 annually.
