Indiana University Bloomington seeks a seasoned Employer Relations professional to lead a high-touch, high-tech recruitment program within the Kelley School of Business. You will partner with employers to optimize strategies for Kelley talent, coordinate on-campus interviews, and manage hundreds of events each semester using a sophisticated technology platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5 years in employer relations, career consulting, or related field.
• Fortune 500 interaction with senior executives is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans on-campus recruitment events and markets them to connect students with employers.
• Maintains relationships with employers and alumni through regular communication.
• Oversees posting process and reviews postings to ensure policy compliance.
• Meets regularly with colleagues to analyze recruitment trends and plan employer relations strategies.
