Job summary

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University (IU) is seeking an Admissions Counselor to support MBA/MS candidates and certificates from Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses, with hybrid work options. You will lead recruitment initiatives, interview applicants, and advise on admissions decisions to drive enrollment in focused programs.

You will engage with diverse audiences via phone, email, and video, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high customer service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years in admissions, higher education, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers plans, programs, and events for targeted student recruitment.
• Conducts admission interviews for designated degree programs or certificates.
• Provides recommendation for admissions decision.
• Develops and executes initiatives to drive conversion through the admission process.
• Provides timely responses to program inquiries and inbound leads.
• Monitors and analyzes assigned application pool to identify strategic opportunities.
