You will ensure timely communications across the student lifecycle and coordinate design, testing, and documentation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (computer science, business systems or related field).
• 5 years customer/application support, programming, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior CRM business-analysis and platform expertise for recruitment, admissions, and student life cycle systems.
• Enables timely, accurate, and personalized communications across the student lifecycle.
• Delivers advanced solution design, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Acts as escalation point for troubleshooting and designing fixes for applications and products.
• Leads upgrades, releases, customization, and documentation following established methods.
• Drives design and implementation of new software solutions and best practices.
• Collaborates with leadership on project planning, estimation, and evaluation.
