• Maintain a holistic recruitment yield tactical plan for recruitment.
• Develop, implement, and administer plans, programs, and events for general and targeted student recruitment.
• Integrate a diverse communications strategy geared toward specific majors, career interests, and geography.
• Identify and develop partnerships for outreach to prospective students and influencers.
• Interpret academic policies and exercise independent judgment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs and processes; use data to identify effective marketing plans and strategies for specific populations.
• Attend meetings or serve on committees with admissions stakeholders; provide guidance to other admissions counselors.
