Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person internship is based primarily at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in Arlington, VA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; and New York, NY.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced professional degree with expected graduation spring or summer 2028.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Must be willing to work in-person 3–4 days per week at Arlington, VA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; New York, NY.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience completed before starting graduate school.
• Demonstrated leadership through professional, academic, military, or extracurricular experiences, with a record of guiding teams and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful project work within an assigned team aligned to enterprise goals.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans through strategic analysis and collaboration.
• Participate in leadership engagement and enterprise connection activities.
• Receive development and career-readiness support from program partners and mentors.
