Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person internship is based primarily at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; and New York, NY.

Interns work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Interns contribute to meaningful, enterprise-level work across strategic areas such as Corporate

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA or another advanced degree with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, May 24–Aug 13, 2027.
• Willing to work in-person 3–4 days/week at Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY.
• No sponsorship required to work in the United States.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience before graduate school.
