Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This immersive experience enables interns to contribute to enterprise-level work across business functions, engage with executive leaders, and develop skills for a healthcare career after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA or an advanced professional degree with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Willing to work in-person 3–4 days per week in Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; Boston, MA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; New York, NY.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience completed before beginning graduate school.
• Demonstrated leadership through professional, academic, military, or extracurricular experiences with cross-functional initiatives.
