Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 MBA Internship – Enterprise Growth. This 12-week, in-person program is based primarily at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in multiple cities including Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced professional degree program with expected graduation in spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, during Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13).
• Willing to work in-person 3–4 days per week in one of listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into action through strategic planning, product and digital innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and develop business cases.
• Drive process improvements and enhance customer/member experience across enterprise goals.
• Support initiatives like onboarding/differentiation planning, digital activation, CRM/service redesign, sales/go-to-market strategy.
