Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced professional degree program (MBA/MPH/MD/JD/PhD) with a spring/summer 2028 graduation
• Available to work full time (40 hours/week) during Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13)
• Willing to work in-person 3–4 days/week at listed locations for duration of internship
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future
• Minimum of three years of professional experience completed before graduate school
• Demonstrated leadership across professional/academic/military/extracurricular activities with cross-functional influence and measurable results

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Centers and business areas to translate priorities into action
• Participate in leadership engagements and enterprise-wide development activities
• Contribute to onboarding, differentiation planning, and go-to-market strategy efforts
