Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This immersive experience lets interns contribute to enterprise-level work across business functions, engage with executive leaders, and build healthcare career-ready skills.

Location is primarily Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; and New York, NY.

Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced professional degree is required or pursuing, with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours/week, during Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13, 2027).
• Must work in-person 3-4 days/week at Louisville, KY or other listed sites.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into action through strategic planning and business-case development.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and portfolio execution across enterprise priorities.
• Support process improvements and transformation initiatives to deliver value and governance.
