Amazon University Talent Acquisition is seeking a Senior Manager to own MBA and Undergraduate non-technical recruiting end-to-end. You will lead a team of senior recruiters across full-lifecycle recruiting, partnering directly with business leaders to deliver top MBA talent.

Qualifications

10+ years of Recruiting or HR experience.
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
3+ years of managing managers experience.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for MBA programs; lead full-lifecycle recruiting from workforce planning to onboarding.
Manage campus and candidate relationships; be Amazon's primary recruiting presence at assigned MBA programs.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deliver top candidates.
Drive recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Develop and execute events strategy to engage MBA talent and strengthen Amazon's employer brand.
