Amazon University Reimagined (AUTA) seeks a Program Manager III to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives that align business needs with technical delivery across Amazon's global talent acquisition ecosystem.

You will bridge AUTA's processes and technology, defining requirements for tech teams and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and high standards. This role emphasizes leadership, metrics, and strategic planning across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Refine and champion the ideal-state vision for AUTA top of funnel and interview scheduling across cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end program management of complex cross-functional initiatives with clear success criteria.
• Communicate prioritization of AUTA's needs and ensure tech solutions meet diverse user needs.
• Create and maintain project information, driving decisions and progress to senior leadership.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.
