Amazon Health Services seeks a Sr. Talent Management Specialist to own the talent agenda across customer organizations, partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to identify critical roles and build leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs.
• Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions.
• 2+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the talent strategy for your customer organizations and partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and build long-term leadership pipelines.
• Execute core talent processes such asOrg Planning, Leadership Forecasting, Promotions, Performance Calibration, and Succession Planning.
• Translate data into insights and proposed solutions to drive business decisions using predictive modelling and benchmarks.
• Lead cross-group projects and manage rollout, documentation, and communications for ongoing management.
• Write strategy documents and program proposals, and contribute to planning cycles with PXT partners.
• Design and own change management plans to enable adoption across organizations.
