You will cultivate sourcing channels, manage candidate pipelines, negotiate offers, and drive a superior candidate experience across internal and external candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing expectations and ROI.
• Manage candidate pipelines and close searches against tight timelines.
• Set benchmarks and metrics to hit SLAs and drive process improvements.
• Articulate plans with timelines and tracking for recruiting initiatives.
• Interview candidates within defined position specifications and timelines.
• Participate in special projects to improve interviewing techniques and leverage internal talent.
