You will drive strategy, coordinate events, and collaborate with alumni, students, and corporate partners to strengthen the candidate pipeline.

The role requires strategic outreach, leadership of a recruitment AI initiative, and the ability to manage a team while delivering results across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with software; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, counsel, and guide prospective Executive MBA candidates through the admissions process.
• Lead outreach with companies and community organizations to increase program awareness and strengthen the candidate pipeline.
• Partner with students and alumni to ensure meaningful representation and engagement at recruiting events and admissions activities.
• Lead engagement initiatives with marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies and expand markets.
• Manage part-time staff supporting interviews and other admissions activities as needed.
• Assist with evaluation of candidates for other MBA programs as needed.
