Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager within Recruiting Technology Integration to define and drive delivery of product features for recruitment at scale.

You will own strategic features, partner with business customers and tech teams, and translate operational needs into measurable solutions. You will plan, execute, and deliver multiple features, influencing senior leadership and ensuring usability, ROI, and customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Voice of the Customer and translate needs into clear use cases and prioritized requirements.
• Lead cross-team coordination; develop PR/FAQs, BRD, LRD documentation as needed.
• Partner with UX to mockup features and validate usability against customer needs.
• Ensure plans meet compliance, localization, and accessibility requirements.
• Drive GTM efforts, align stakeholders, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum.
