Job summary

Chapman Mazda in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Mazda Sales Manager to lead our Mazda sales operation, drive performance and profitability, develop the team, and optimize Internet leads and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has dealership leadership, strong closing skills, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record of increasing sales. Import dealership experience is preferred; Mazda experience is a plus. We offer an aggressive pay plan and a brand‑new Mazda facility.

• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mazda sales team
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
• Desk deals, assist with negotiations, and help close customers
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, appointments, and key metrics
• Ensure strong CRM usage, follow-up, and prospecting
• Manage Internet lead response, appointments, show rates, and conversions
• Conduct sales meetings, training, and individual coaching
• Maintain accountability for salesperson performance
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and developing Sales Consultants
• Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging
• Work closely with Finance to maximize opportunities and customer experience
