What you'll do includes structuring deals for profitability, submitting to lenders, making credit decisions, and closing effectively while staying compliant with all regulations. This role offers real growth and strong support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years of automotive or finance sales experience required.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Strong closing abilities and negotiation skills that protect gross margins.
• Compliance-minded with clean deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional appearance.
• MS Office basics and general software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Desk deals accurately, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close effectively.
• Keep every deal fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver deals.
• Send complete, clean deal packages to lenders and push contracts to fund quickly.
• Audit team deals post-sale.
• Stay proficient with title laws, the registration process, and required certifications.
