Job summary

Math Corps is seeking tutors to deliver structured math practice at local schools, guiding groups of up to three students for 20–30 minutes and tracking progress with an onsite coach. Training is provided to help you grow as a tutor and boost student success.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance history.
• Able to follow instructions and improve from feedback.
• Proficient with email and basic online navigation.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive.
• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's onsite coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into data software.
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
