Resideo is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee material purchasing, planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores. You will guide a team to meet delivery, inventory, cost, and quality objectives while driving continuous improvement and workforce development.

You will ensure materials are properly scheduled and delivered on time, empower staff through coaching, and support NPI activities and safety and compliance initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years in a shipping/distribution center setting.
• 8+ years working with WMS systems and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team to meet metrics.
• Develop and optimize material management procedures.
• Improve operating system maturity.
• Health, safety, and environment compliance.
• Manage facility supply requirements.
• Engage in new production introduction (NPI) activities.
• Ensure adherence to business excellence requirements.
• Target annual cost reductions.
• Coach and develop team to meet metrics.
• Direct associate training upon hire.
• Complete time keeping for the team.
• Apply corrective action for performance, attendance, and safety.
• Overtime may be required based on workload.
