Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials leadership or supply chain.
• CPIM credential or CMQ/OE certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of materials employees, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory processes, cycle counts, and ERP integrity.
• Oversee warehouse operations and shipping/receiving activities.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead KPI creation and tracking; drive continuous improvement.
• Support EH&S objectives and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control; planning tools development.
• Lead production meetings to align target vs actual and MPS.
