Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead inbound and internal material flow across the warehouse, ensuring accurate, timely material availability to support production and customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Planning, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy, implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement in a multi-site warehouse environment. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound warehouse and material flow operations across receiving and kitting.
• Ensure accurate and timely material receipt, transactions, and availability.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce standard work, safety practices, and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate operational risks and support resolution with leadership.
