Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a operations leader to drive receiving, storage, and replenishment in a 100m production environment. You will mentor teams, deploy lean practices, and optimize material flow to production, prioritizing safety, quality and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include leading 25–35 staff in picking and replenishment, implementing Kaizen events and standard work, and using data to prevent bottlenecks while improving service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in manufacturing, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with Lean Management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving and put away team, including inventory control, space planning and 3PL management.
• Lead the picking and replenishment team, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing quality defects.
• Meet objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer service and inventory accuracy.
• Implement lean practices (Kaizen, value stream mapping, standard work).
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize workflow, resolve bottlenecks and improve material flow.
• Regularly audit practices to drive continuous improvement.
