Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support the Materials Manager by coordinating day-to-day receiving and verification of project materials. You will ensure incoming materials are correctly received, inspected, and documented against purchase orders, bills of lading, packing lists, and project documentation.

Working with subcontractors, vendors, and logistics providers, you will identify discrepancies, communicate issues, and escalate as needed to keep construction and project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in materials, receiving, logistics, warehouse, or construction preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to verify deliveries against POs, BOLs, packing lists, and project documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily receiving activities for project materials, equipment, consumables, and spare parts.
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, BOMs, and other applicable project documentation.
• Confirm quantities, part numbers, descriptions, equipment identification, and other required information at receipt.
• Perform visual verification of received materials and equipment to identify damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure receiving documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of received materials and their status.
