Job summary

Renegade RV is seeking a Materials Coordinator – Receiving Clerk to verify shipping records and maintain accurate data in our system. You will manage packing slips, document damages, and flag discrepancies for reimbursement and reconciliation.

You will notify suppliers on late orders, backorders, and support the Purchasing and Accounting teams in daily operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write notes and memos.
• Must possess math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
• Demonstrate clear speaking ability for one-on-one conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications.
• Basic computer and operating systems knowledge.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S in an optimized production environment.

Responsibilities

• Entering Receivables into Great Plains.
• Tracking back orders.
• Assisting with various duties in the Purchasing Department.
• Assisting with yearly inventory duties.
• Filing purchase orders.
• Working with Accounting Department on discrepancies.
• Retrieving packing slips from receiving department and ensuring signatures.
• Support returning of damaged material by suppliers.
• Works independently and completes job duties with critical thinking skills.
• Train other team members on duties and responsibilities.
