Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with SAGE software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials by identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; monitor shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular audits and reconcile counts.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; document discrepancies.
• Generate inventory and purchasing reports; monitor trends.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment to move materials safely.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
