Responsibilities

• Analyze NetSuite MRP and demand-planning data to identify material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishments based on production needs.
• Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Track deliveries, lead times, shortages, and resolve issues.
• Kit raw materials and components according to NetSuite work orders.
• Stage materials and kits to support production schedules.
• Record inventory movements in NetSuite in real time.
• Maintain accurate warehouse locations and perform cycle counts.
