Job summary

Mercury Electronics is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join our fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. You will manage inventory data in-house, maintain kanban/min-max, process requisitions, and support the Materials Manager with accurate BOM sign-offs and inventory adjustments.

The role requires strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and experience with ERP or database systems.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Clear written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Solid math accuracy and data entry skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with databases and ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP migrations and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use inhouse system for all inventory records.
• Establish inventory records with necessary data.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory counts and monetary value.
• Maintain kanban and min/max systems per requests.
• Process requisitions to purchasing.
• Sign off on BOMs and ECNs; adjust inventory as needed.
• Assist material clerks with daily duties.
• Run reports in the inhouse system.
• Analyze and summarize reports for management.
