EBR Systems, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Logistics & Materials Specialist to optimize daily material flow and inventory accuracy. You will manage ERP transactions, cycle counts, and reporting for production and non-production materials, with backup support for purchasing and planning to ensure smooth operations.

You will work in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment focused on cutting-edge cardiac devices, collaborating across teams to keep deliveries on track and quality high.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is required.
• Experience in medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, components, and field returns.
• Pull kits as needed.
• Establish and maintain scalable systems for tracking, replenishment, and reporting of all non-production inventory.
• Support continuous improvement projects across supply chain systems.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile sales orders, transfers, and vendor returns in ERP system.
• Generate and review inventory reports for internal and 3PL locations; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support purchase order creation, supplier follow-up, and planning activities as needed.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete documentation for outgoing shipments via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carriers.
