Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of hands-on experience as a Material Handler or Scheduler in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, monitors, and tracks material movement through the production cycle using PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar ERP system.
• Monitors and reviews parts usage and requirements to ensure inventory control levels are met consistently.
• Collaborates with Purchasing to ensure materials or parts ordered are cost effective, high quality, and available when needed.
• Collaborates with Document department to ensure Change Control Notifications reflect accurate and up-to-date information regarding part numbers or material modifications.
• Ensures target reclaim Return Material Authorizations are prepared accurately and on-time; provides reclaim documentation for Finance.
• Responds to requests for parts or materials from other departments when needed.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures as required.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
