Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage detailed production schedules for manufacturing with limited supervision. You will guide other planners, review MRP/ERP outputs, and coordinate raw material sourcing to meet the master schedule.

The role requires hands-on experience with AS/400 or Microsoft D365 ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to optimize planning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
Strong background / Expert Level on AS/400 ERP and / or Microsoft D365 ERP system.
APICS CPIM certification or CPIM helpful is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing with limited supervision.
Review MRP reports and manage work orders to meet the master production schedule.
Ensure raw material components are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Plant supervision to maintain plan efficiency and schedule adherence.
Release material against purchase orders to support production and maintain item master data.
Prepare production and inventory reports and participate in Kaizens and other improvement activities.
