A Secret clearance is required, with relocation assistance possibly available and a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with related experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• 2 years PM&P or systems engineering experience.
• Experience applying PM&P requirements to parts/materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PM&P engineers within a matrixed org.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and design teams.
• Manage performance reviews and career development.
• Support processes, tools, and risk mitigation for Sentinel program.
