Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager 2 to lead a team of S.ME in Roy, Utah, supporting the Sentinel program. You will coordinate with Manufacturing Leads, manage SOW execution, and drive efficient production readiness across multiple BUs.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and 8+ years of related experience, with relocation consideration and a robust benefits package. A 9/80 work schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Demonstrated management experience leading a technical and complex program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU Manufacturing Leads to assess SOW requirements for Sentinel program across builds.
• Develop and coordinate resource plans and schedules; guide Manufacturing Engineers on SOW execution.
• Ensure consistent use of Digital Engineering processes across ME team for production readiness.
• Grow team members' capabilities and job satisfaction.
